Katrina has been with Fidelity since 2014, assisting Ramon Veloz in the Subdivision Department. She is in charge of procuring tax estimates and coordinating the mapping logistics. She has a breadth of experience in the title industry and related fields. She has experience in recording, drafting, title examination, and mineral and oil rights. She has worked in various title plants and with escrow teams in new homes. She has worked for brokers in the oil and gas field, managing their title department and title team doing searches for Oil and Gas Companies, like Chevron, for well drilling purposes. Her versatility, knowledge, and years of experience make her an incredible part of our title and mapping team.
