Jerry Castro is Regional Counsel for the Fidelity family of title insurers. He previously served as National Commercial Counsel for the National Commercial Services division of Chicago Title in Chicago.

Jerry began his career with Chicago Title in 1996 and earned his JD from DePaul University School of Law in Chicago in 2006. Jerry also practiced privately at the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP in Chicago, where he gained practical experience working on all aspects of real estate transactions. While in Chicago, Jerry worked with the entire National Commercial Services unit to develop successful team programs, while providing leadership and building synergies between escrow and title departments.

Jerry is a member of the California Land Title Association’s (CLTA) Legislative Committee as well as the American Land Title Association’s (ALTA) Title Counsel.
